Cristian Fernandez (13) killed his two years old brother and sexually harassed 5 year old brother.
Because Christian himself was a victim of violence and sexual abuse, justice in Florida reviewed whether it is right to condemn the boy to life in prison.
Fernandez hit his brother's head from the bookshelf. When the mother, a drug addict, saw her youngest child lying on the floor covered in blood, instead of calling the ambulance, she was searching on the internet for four hours trying to find out information about concussion in young children. The autopsy showed that the child probably would remain alive if it was called medical help in time. Therefore, also she is accused of murder.

This case is very commented in America. While some say that this boy is a monster, others point out that it is normal because he was growing in such environment.
Cristian's mother delivered him when she was just 12 years old because she became pregnant after 25-year-old cousin raped her. Mother and grandmother, both cocaine addict, abused the boy.
When Fernandez was only two years old, the police found him in the middle of the night walking around the city naked and dirty.
In age of eight he was sexually abused by a family member by who was adopted. There also numerous other incidents, as is the case when he killed a kitten in school and masturbating.
Should we feel sorry for this little boy who is not anymore a child? It is obviously that he has psychological problems that have been suppressed in the past, but it does not allow to anyone to take someone's life.It remains to be seen what verdict will bring prosecution in Florida.
