Spinach with cheese
Ingredients:
PREPARATION:
Wash the fresh spinach well and put it in boiled salted water to boil for just 3 minutes. Put salt as you think it is enough.
Bleed the spinach, and in the meantime, on a hotplate in a separate bowl melt the butter, add the flour, then slowly add the milk (this is a Béchamel sauce). Add salt, pepper, and cook another 5 minutes (should be equally mixture) stirring continuously.
In frying pan stir together the spinach, and the sauce pan and then add the grating cheese. If you desire you can add a little Parmesan.

1/8 cups of Flour
1/3 cups of Butter
1 1/4 cups of milk
