At the first hearing the charge that shocked Germany was read: "In January 2011, the defendant gave birth to a healthy girl and left her on the ice-cold floor in bathroom. The baby was crying loud and she took a pillow from the bedroom and placed it over her head, so she doesn't listen to the loud noises. After half an hour she found the lifeless body of the baby on the floor and she put the baby girl in a plastic bag, and after that in her closet."
After five months, Katya has thrown the body in the bushes, where it was found in December 14, 2011.
